Katie Archer is Forty’s ever-diligent Operations Manager, responsible for the practical details of Forty’s day-to-day business. She keeps us running smoothly, consistently, and efficiently.
Katie probably wears more hats than anyone on the team, but she does it with ease. She serves as Forty’s resident bookkeeper, HR manager, travel agent, administrative assistant, copyeditor, proofreader, buyer, scheduler, and many more. Perhaps most importantly, though, she’s the Team Mom, showing her love for the Forty team through cupcakes, ice cream, random gifts, and other delights. We love Katie’s willingness to throw herself into new responsibilities, her fun and upbeat attitude, and her unwavering dedication to Forty.
Katie’s an avid distance runner, participating in multiple runs throughout the year. At any given time, you’ll probably catch her talking about the run she just completed or the next one she’s planning. All this exercise helps justify her passionate love of chocolate, which she freely admits to eating at least once a day.
