Melissa Balkon is Forty’s supremely talented Visual Designer. She’s inspired by our clients and loves collaborating with them to build an amazing final product together.

After spending a few years working in print and web design, Melissa was drawn to Forty because she appreciated how all team members participate in the creative and decision-making processes.

Melissa believes creative ideas should be built on a solid foundation—no guessing allowed! This approach enables her to discover and refine robust visual strategies for our clients. She is passionate about growing businesses, including our own, by being laser-focused on audacious goals. (And speaking of audacious goals, she’s planning a trip to Greece and Italy, while diligently paying off her house—cha-ching!)
