Gateway Bank shared a special connection with their community, but needed a way to communicate their passion and old-fashioned values to people who didn’t personally know them. They also wanted to make their website more useful and engaging for both their customers and potential customers. With these goals in mind, we began working together to channel Gateway’s in-person customer experience into a compelling brand, website, and marketing plan.

Infusing old-fashioned values with an award-winning digital experience

First, our team conducted interviews with Gateway’s staff and customers so we could get a first-hand look at what makes them different. After really getting to know them, we channeled all of the information we gathered into the new Gateway look, sound, and feel. This new visual and verbal direction came to life in a completely redesigned, responsive website, which was hailed by The Financial Brand and others as being one of the best responsive bank websites around. Finally, we moved on to concepting and creating marketing and advertising campaigns that effectively reinforced the bank’s community values.
